Can I give this as a gift?
Absolutely. A Willo Weekend makes a remarkable graduation gift, milestone birthday, or simply a reminder to someone you love that this time matters. Contact us to learn more.
What is your cancellation policy?
We pour our hearts into planning every detail to ensure your weekend is memorable. Yet, we also understand that life doesn't always go according to plan. Here's how we handle cancellations:
91+ days before your Willo Weekend: Full refund minus a $300 cancellation fee
51–90 days before your Willo Weekend: 50% refund
50 days or fewer before your Willo Weekend: No refund. All costs have been committed to weekend partners and vendors on your behalf.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to jennifer@willoweekend.com. The weekend date and room type are the reference point for all calculations. In the unlikely event that Willo needs to cancel a weekend for any reason, every guest receives a full refund — no questions asked.
