We pour our hearts into planning every detail to ensure your weekend is memorable. Yet, we also understand that life doesn't always go according to plan. Here's how we handle cancellations:

91+ days before your Willo Weekend
Full refund minus a $300 cancellation fee.

51–90 days before your Willo Weekend
50% refund

50 days or fewer before your Willo Weekend
No refund. All costs have been committed to weekend partners and vendors on your behalf.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to jennifer@willoweekend.com. The weekend date and room type are the reference point for all calculations.

In the unlikely event that Willo needs to cancel a weekend for any reason, every guest receives a full refund — no questions asked.
